The occurrence and solution measures of flowering

① Choose an air pressure and spray gun that is suitable for the metal paint coating, and ensure uniform and consistent gun movement and overlap. ② The surface drying time of metal paint and topcoat should be strictly inspected and measured to guide factory production. ③ Metal paint should use a highly soluble and quickly volatile diluent. ④ In the wet to wet process, it is necessary to ensure that the metal paint reaches the drying time indicated by the touch.

The generation and solution of metal paint particle floating

When conditions permit, different tools and paint pipelines should be used for metal paint coating and glossy paint coating. When conditions permit, tools should be carefully cleaned when changing paint types. Strictly implement the drying time of the wet to wet process and the use of matching diluents.

Film blistering

The moisture content of the base layer meets the standard requirements, and the coating should not be sprayed too thick at once. The blistered coating should be thoroughly removed, putty should be added, and repainted.

Spray metal paint orange peel

Reduce viscosity, adjust the composition of diluent or add slow drying diluent, adjust the oil output and air flow rate of the spray gun.

Spray metal paint surface sagging

Reduce the thickness of each spray or adjust the amount of diluent used.

The topcoat may have discoloration, resulting in color differences

Mix the paint evenly, increase the number of construction passes, use slow drying diluent, reduce the air flow rate of the spray gun, adjust the combination of diluents, and pay attention to the spraying method.
